Free binder lottery luck spell for a trans boy?

I entered the FTME binder program in December 2017, and they keep each application for 6 months maximum. I am entering again, as it has almost been 6 months, and would appreciate a few suggestions for luck spells that can be altered to fit my needs. Thanks!

I'm completely out of the loop & had no idea what ftme binder program is. Edit:'(ok I looked it up).

For magic to work I do know that you must use your own mental focus & gut feeling to bring your witch-powers into play. Use steps 1-3 below to activate (a.k.a.charge) a spell.

1. Raise up some energy by swinging your arms foreword & back to get your body warmed up.
2. Know your goal - to attract something desired or to repel something unwanted.
3. Rub your hands together so they tingle and then charge the spell; push the thought energy of that desire from the fire in your belly, out thru your hands & gaze, & into the item used to hold the spell.

Do a knot spell. Use a piece of string or yarn as long as your forearm to be tied with 9 knots. Don't pull so tightly that you cannot untie the knots. Use white twine as all-purpose. You will say one line of the charm while forming the knot, then blow a breath of power through the loop just before you pull each knot closed. Repeat the process in sequence for all 9 knots & KNOW that it is done.

By knot one the spell's begun.
By knot two it comes true.
By knot three so shall it be.
By knot four the power is stored.
By knot five the spell's alive.
By knot six the goal is fixed.
By knot seven it is given.
By knot eight it is fate.
By knot nine it is mine! (or thine)

Do the knot tying during an appropriate weekday to set the intention & store the string in a safe place until the best moon phase for your goal. (See "Correspondences" post in WC & Wicca 101-the Basics.) Then to acquire your desire you untie the knots while repeating the same rhyme (one line of the charm per one knot at a time) to release the knot's power. Then burn the untied string. You can scatter the ashes or flush them in flowing water.

Candle spells suit any goal. There is an extensive post detailing candle spells so no need to repeat that here. I like to simplify so use an all-purpose, white taper candle. Etch the initials of this program with a pin on the candle. Rub 3 dabs of plain olive oil in your hands, then roll the candle between oiled hands & state the intent 3 times. The oil seals your psychic energy to the candle. Then stand the candle in it's holder so you can cup both hands around it, or make a triangle with the hands to peer through, & focus an intense witchy gaze on the candle to charge it. Charging is when you put the zap into a spell to activate it. Be very clear of your goal. Use present-tense words: "FTME accepts me. So shall it be!" Gee, it even rhymes. Push the goal into the candle. Then light the candle and sit quietly, focussing on the flame for a few minutes to give THANKS to the Powers because the deed is already done and the spell is already fulfilled and KNOW this with a certainty. It's best to let the candle burn completely while you do other things, but keep an eye on the burning candle. If you can't hang around use a small birthday candle stuck in wax on a saucer.

Thanks so much!! However, for the candle spell: I can't burn wax candles in my house, the ones I own are more of a formality for my altar. would a LED tealight work?

Yes, in my opinion. In magic a symbolic act is a real act. A candle is an offering of light & fuel. The battery is fuel to power the light just as wick & wax is fuel to burn a flame. The principle is the same.
