How do you deal with nerves before spell casting?

Merry meet all
So tonight and over the next 7 nights il be doing a spell to hopefully get me and someone i considered my best friend to speak again as we fell out big time (tbh it was my fault but now he wont even speak to me). Now this sent the first time I've cast a spell but this is the first time I've done one which is really important to me. So how do you deal with the nerves haha?

Excellent idea i cant believe that didn't occur to me to be honest .
Just spoke to the friend who wrote the spell for me he has assured me it will work and that as im planning to mix a bit magick into it to fuel the spell further (the person im using it on is pretty stubborn) that the worst that will happen is he will turn up on my doorstep (nit sure how when he doesn't know my address and that would be a awkward one to explain to my mother)

If your going to be starting tonight, during the day make sure you have all your makings for your work. Mentally picture yourself casting the spell. Picture the outcome you are trying to achieve. Do that as often as you like during the day. It helps to have a set plan. If you run through it at least a few times, you'll not get that "All or Nothing", queasy feeling you can get the first time you do something. Practice it so it is comfortable to accomplish without running into problems. Do some deep breathing during the day and during the breaths think only about your breathing. That will keep you from fixating on it.
If you want someone to talk to I'll be on line most all day and into the night. PM me and I can give you my "Don't be nervous" speech, well type anyway. You'll have to imagine the dramatic presentation

I know il be fine ince u get in the zone i guess one of the things that worried me is id over power the spell (as il be asking the lord and lady to lend their energies to the spell as well as mixing in a bit if my own blood to make the spell more potent) even tho my friend has told me neither of those are necessary hiwever after he's reassured me that the worst that could happen is my friend tens up on my door step im relatively chilled about it now. Il be having my phone with me anyway so u wont have to wory about forgetting the words. (Even tho im not sure how he could turn up on my doorstep when he dosent know my address lol)

Good luck. Just work an easy flowing power when you cast and you shouldn't have any problem with over powering it.
