No, the energy is not the same...you use physical energy to create what you do to run and work...while spell work is spiritual energy....but you should never do spells while tired or sick because this will effect how well the spell works.

Suggest be patient. I've been thru "innefective" phases before and it was always when someone was knowing better. Not necessarily a curse, they might well do. If I read Osho it's like he will do the meditating instead, lol.

Hi bellalove2017. Keep an eye on the dates of posts, since some members move on after a while and no longer participate in the discussions they started here years ago. Greek_Male_Witch still posts here, so you got lucky...but, he may not remember a spell he casted back in 2010 (the date of his OP, as well as all the responses, in this thread).
