Re: Underpinning Truths of Your Path
Words are relative to the person speaking them. Words have more weight when spoken from a position of 'Unity'. Words manifest actions, either in the Self or in others (unless the other person has more metaphysical weight behind their words)1. What have you found to be some basic truths of your path?
The people I have met along the way2. What made a difference in how you practice and sustain your journey?

1 I guess I've learnt that nothing can have power over me unless I choose to let it.
2 the people I've met and the things I've learnt along the way

Re: Underpinning Truths of Your Path
1. What have you found to be some basic truths of your path? What I resonate to most is the intuitive reality of experiencing the path. Also, that my shadow-self is my strength.
2. What made a difference in how you practice and sustain your journey? Giving myself permission to explore, experiment, and play, and trusting my ability to recognize what felt right and was more relevant than what the books said.

To never fully trust intuition/divination to tell me one future option is definitely going to happen, or to let myself become arrogant or too self-assured, as everything I think I know can shift as other things become more clear. And different things are true for different people. Some advice/wisdom works for some and not others, I think because of timing.
2. What made a difference in how you practice and sustain your journey?
I agree with the above— all the people I meet and places I see, as well as reflecting on the ups and downs of each day make all the difference.

1. To trust in my gut, almost everything i have done so far has been guided by my gut feeling and it hasnt been wrong even once.
2.This site, its been an endless source of knowledge that has helped guide and shape my journey and also a place to talk about said things. without it i would feel very alone and incapable of continuing my path

That 'belief' requires no need for logic. Belief is everything. Madness is necessary.
Love is a catalyst. Banes, hexes and general life maladies or 'poison' can be transmuted to bliss.

1. What have you found to be some basic truths of your path?
Magick works ! Magick works better when not angry !
Belief in yourself helps immensely.
2. What made a difference in how you practice and sustain your journey?
Falling side-ways off a run-away horse and landing on my head has made
a major difference. I had to completely re-work my magickal workings...
Over time, my ability to remain focused has a short in one of the wires
and I can't find it
I had to do away with any ritual done by myself.
Re-reading Scott Cunningham's "Wicca for One" has greatly helped me
get back on track and am able to once again get results from my workings.
