How long after you started wearing the pentacle did you notice the burn, RobMack?

I noticed the burn mark, more like a stamp mark / a clear red impression - like someone hit me really hard on my pentacle and it left a clear impression on my chest, I got the burn / impression, about 6 to 7 months after I started wearing the pentacle, the burn / stamp mark manifested itself during the 24hr period of the bite mark I mentioned in a previous post.
This was actually very scary for me - being new on this path.

That would bother an old timer on the path too. It's not the sort of thing you run into on a regular basis, unless you seek the kind of work that regularly interacts with other realms, and that is usually on behalf of someone else.

I've had a chest burn from those paddles they use to restart the heart, so, in a general association/connection that "burn" resulted from something acting on my behalf. I'm in favor of having a heart beat, y'know? Can you entertain the concept that your pentacle burn was similarly a byproduct? The pentacle acted on your behalf, and the burn is a side effect, not an intended goal. It did it's job and protected you from the psychic interference of others. That's what a protective amulet is supposed to do...it takes the hit instead of you. Edit-in this case however the pendent served duo purpose as the tag.

I got the idea you didn't get how it worked that someone could follow a tag trail. So I thought I'd just comment that it's similar to how you would find your way to your friend's astral circle. It's an instinctive witchy skill and you either know how or you don't. We can recognize energy signatures about the same as how we recognize smells or sounds that reach us from a distance. We probably all have the ability but don't bother to develop the intuitive sensors. A tag-loc is some usually small part of a person or their clothing which carries their energy signature. And using these links in our work is quite ordinary; and when we need to read someone, that's what's used, like in psychometry.

The medium our little group worked with had taught us to read signatures by holding wrapped items (so we couldn't see what they were) belonging to various people and matching the objects to their owners. So each person in the group brought a few items to class, she then wrapped them up individually out of our sight, and then dumped them in a pile. Everyone picked one to hold, read and identify, then open. It was a lot of fun and laughs.

I agree, now you have explained, that my Pentacle acted on my behalf, it took the hit, and not me! and the impression was simply a by product. Perhaps a reminder of the protection and the purpose of the Pentacle, Although I'm new to this Path, I do believe, and I'm 101% dedicated, and I feel greater things are yet to come.
I was hit hard on the chest twice a few nights prior to this incident, with no evidence as in a physical mark.
My GF told me then she suspected a lodger living in a room on here premises was responsible for the double hit on me.
She discovered him to be a fake Pagan, when she question him about some basic principles of the Wiccan path which couldn't answer.
He then decided he was Christian. I won't nor can i Judge him for his choices.
I could always see a dark side in him, like something sinister was attached to him.
I have the ability to see evil and dark in other people - like the gift of atonement.
she told me he is extremely jealous of the super powerful bond I share with her my GF. therefore he's very angry at me.

ST, the punches, when I told her about, she laughed and said yep its him, doing his energy shifting in his sleep ?
She suspected it was him, and I do believe her, he is no longer lodging with her, I have wished to my Goddesses and Gods for months that he leave, and he has now! and for that, I now give great thanks!

Hmm, this means you're as loopy as the rest of us? We "see things" that go bump in the dark as well as rainbows and the dancing bears. I love the dancing bears. Yeh, I need coffee...(limps off towards the coffee pot in the kitchen, muttering...)
