This is my first post. I'm having a tough time and would like some advise.

I've been following the craft for a while now. I've been scared about my job, and my recent tarot reading has proved to be correct. I've been demoted.

Should I embrace this negative change? Should I work to make it better, or will this energy be lost at this employer?

My energy feels depleted and I'm not sure how to go about my situation. I'm not even sure if this question is right for this forum.

Understanding why you were demoted would be a good place to start. You can't fix a problem, if you don't know what it is.
