What are the necklaces made of? Are there amulets attached? The best way I know of to keep bad stuff away is to never name it. Use only positive wording and intent, i.e., increase good rather than decrease bad, or use good to transform bad if bad is encountered.

One is sterling silver with gold plating and another is stainless steal, so amulets or stones just metals.. my friend is needing it because if something bothering her, and recently she found out where she lives is where a cemetery used to be(bodies still there just headstones moved). We are also visiting another cemetery soon maybe that has some not so good things, that used to be a burial place for people during the county's local witch hunts back in the 1800s..

Re: Need help blessing necklace
I have spent 21 years working daily (and a few nights) in a cemetery, with burials preceding the American Civil War. And yeh, folks wander. Everybody dies, eventually. And if something is bothering your friend of a spirit nature, why are you going to a cemetery where you think something not so good is active? Isn't that courting trouble?
Anyway, you might add a talisman of iron (or hematite) as protection, otherwise i cant add anything to my first post.
Edit- oh, I did think of something- don't bring anything home with you from any gravesite, unless it is a relative or personal ancestor, and don't forget to pay for it.
I've done my share of cemeteries and haunted houses. Please use good manners when addressing the dead. It goes a long ways to cover your butt.
