I am fine with them being "rocks", but am curious if any could be identified more specifically?
From thrift store (someone guessed serpentine)-
From thrift store and it is banded (varied guesses)-
From pawn shop ("lady, it's a rock!")-
Please help identify these?
Re: Please help identify these?

Re: Please help identify these?
They all look very familiar, but the names are escaping me. I really need to invest in a good folks and mineral guide. My friend Bob would have been able to identify them in a heartbeat, but he journeyed to the Summerland a few years ago. I love knowing that he's reunited with his wife and all his beloved dogs. Especially my little buddy Norman.

Re: Please help identify these?
If the top egg is blue it might be blue quartz. If it is green, aventurine. On my screen the color is in between. The last one may be sunstone. Is there a faint vane lengthwise through the white egg? If so, possibly white onyx. No clue on the pawnshop sphere or heart.
I bumped a topic NICE SOURCE FOR GEMSTONE PROPERTIES. As there are two links within in it can help.
Maybe it could be given sticky status???

Re: Please help identify these?
So I'll give my guesses, marble and agate eggs, marble small sphere, brecciated jasper large sphere, picture jasper heart. Least confident about green egg, most about heart. The museum has an I.d. day for rockhounds if I'm still curious by then. Thanks!

Re: Please help identify these?
Agree with SpiritTalker, I'd guess that the sphere at the end is sunstone. Also, the pictures not clear, so I may be wrong, but the white one could be selenite, if it has a kind of chalky texture to it?
Re: Please help identify these?
Not sure if it's selenite, since I actually have a selenite egg. The pictures aren't the best, sorry! These were extremely cheap, so why leaning toward them being "generics".
Re: Please help identify these?
With the first egg, I'd say that serpentine is your best bet.
The second egg looks like white onyx, based on the banding. similar to the material that is sometimes used in trophy bases.
Both of the spheres could be just about anything. Might be able to ID them if seen in person.
The heart dish/ candle holder/ jewelry holder could be a picture jasper. Would have a better idea from looking at the side. There are also types of "Italian Marble" that have a similar pattern and color.
Hope this helps!

Re: Please help identify these?
Thanks Evil Ed! The side of the heart does show the typical scenic lines more. Agate vs onyx, I wondered about differences. I chose agate because of translucence and concentric banding. I've heard some people won't keep serpentine due to safety/asbestos. I'll update if they're inspected, but deleting for now/moving on, thanks!
