Establishing living space in shared housing

Merry meet everyone,

I am in a shared housing setup, and though my housemates are lovely people, they are not wiccan. What would be a good way to dedicate my living space while having respect for the shared space?

If you're talking about something like your bedroom, which could be separated by a door, I would just set things up that you want, providing that they're not offensive to your housemates, and explain it as your decorating style. If something needs to happen in a shared space, have a sit down with the others, and agree on some ideas for what is or isn't acceptable. You can always maintain your own personal space within your energy field. Not everything has to be material. It can be mental.

Vacuum and dust, wash the windows. Spiritually cleanse with a spray if you have nonsmokers in the group rather than stinky smoke smudge; put 10 drops of essential oil in a double shot glass of witch hazel, in a small spray bottle, shake well and spritz all spaces. Rosemary or mint are cleansing and smell nice. Mint oil can be found in the baking isle of any grocery store.

Bless the place in a generic white light manner no one should object to.
