A spell for a baby and mother?

A friend of mine who is also Wiccan and a practicer of witchcraft is heavily pregnant, and I'd like to do something special for them in the way of magic, maybe a protection spell or something of the like. Does anyone know of any spells, charms, etc I could do that are specifically aimed at infants and mothers?

I have several friends who are midwives, many of them will preform a Blessingway ceremony for their clients. If there isn't a midwife involved gather some friends and preform your own specialized ceremony.
