Timing action in concordance with Planetary hours.

Hello friends,
Was wondering if someone can help me out.
I am planning to reach out to someone, a former partner. I want to send her a message to check on her well being. I was thinking to write to her on Monday as it is right after the new moon as opposed to Friday the day ruled by Venus -- (because the monday is closest to the New Moon but not before in waning).

Could someone advise me on my predicament.
If I reach out to her on Monday (ruled by moon), and I send the letter in the hour of venus does the hour she receives it in matter?

For example if I send it in Venus and it arrives to her in the hour of Mars - would this be less favourable in comparison to sending the letter in the hour of the moon and it reaching her in the hour of the sun?

Do I need to factor in the hour which she will receive my message? Or is it that I really only need to worry about the hour I send it in?

I'm wanting to plan this carefully so as to invoke a feel of warmth, mutual acceptance, reconciliation etc.

Well, mercury is in retrograde so you may want to wait until after the full moon, which is the 24th.

But any hour with communication is ruled by Mercury and the element of air. It might be best to send it during Mercury and hope it arrives during a Venus hour, that way you have the best of both worlds.

Yeah Merc is RX, however we broke apart during venus RX.
She natally has Merc RX and my Merc is transitting through 11th while hers is in the 8th cusp of 7th.
Think I'll just go ahead with reaching out.

The full moon would be soo long to wait lol. I'm dying from undergoing a chiron square saturn transit and neptune square sun.
I can't possible wait any longer.
