Bipolar / Anxiety / Depression

Hi I've been in a terrible depressive episode for the last two months, which is why I have not been on the board at all. I just wanted to touch base and post that I was not dead in case anyone was wondering.

My anxiety affects me like that sometimes too. It's ok, I'm glad you are alive. :) Just take your time, we will be here when you come back.
