Weird feeling for certain spells

Sometimes, when I browse for spells on various website, just randomly for no reasons, I would have this really dreamy feeling towards a certain spell, almost like your brain just suddenly releases large amount of dopamine that makes you feel really good. And I would want to perform the ritual using that spell even though another spell used for the same purpose is way better or have more "credit" than this spell.

What I mean is that even though another spell that is more popular and have a higher success rate with the users are available, I do not have this "pleasure" feeling towards that spell, but another spell which might not be that detailed or might not have such high success rate, I would have this dreamy feeling causing me to choose this spell to perform even though, logically, I should chosen the other spell because it is better. However, I don't get this feeling towards every spell, only some, and I don't know why. It is not because of the ingredients or the methods, I just preferred certain spell for no logical reasons.

Do anyone else have this kinda feeling?

In my experience, different spells work for different people. And when you get that feeling, I would suggest following your instincts. Because not everything that works for someone else is going to work for you.
There are many examples, if the same spell or path worked for everyone, there wouldn't be as many spells or paths. And they wouldn't be so different.
For me, the spells that work the best are the ones you create yourself. So why not using the spells you feel "dreamy" about as a base and create your own spells?

Hi YanaKhan, that makes more sense. I actually did change a lot of spells many times to suit my need. But it made me feel kind of bad because I don't know what potential effect would the changes brought to the spell. But I will stick to the spell that I feel comfortable with.

Yes. Occasionally, I will get almost a buzz just looking at certain spell ingredients, or just thinking about a certain working, etc. It could be something really simple, a spell of only a candle and a couple ingredients, or a ritual of no more than a simple gesture or two (gypsy magic is reeeally good for this!), but it will have such a surprisingly profound effect on me, and sometimes on the situation, too. I've learned not to overthink it when I feel this, but go with it, that I am definitely heading in the right direction. Haha, a large dopamine release --never thought of it that way. That actually seems like a logical description of it.

Go with your heart, not your head, is my advice.

Haha, Kassandra, not to overthink would be the best way to go. I tend to overthink so much things, and when I have this feelings, I actually feel better because it is easier for me to choose that spell.

Yeah and for me those sensations are some sort of information and so listening to them is essential at least for me. I know when I sense weird feelings that there's unique meanings attached to them and so they teach me how to listen to my instincts as Yana suggested. If you feel something is urging you to use that spell then go for it because to ignore, dismiss, or avoid what we feel is like choosing not to open an email that's marked "Urgent – open immediately!" These feelings sometimes teach us what is good and what isn't good about our chosen path. They are our quality control monitors.
