Crafting Runes?

Postby LitusAndArcane » Tue May 19, 2015 7:45 pm

I found shards of a giant clam that I felt I should pick up and somehow work with, I've thought about runes because I have been contemplating making runes for a while and then finding these shards made me think maybe that those are what I should use. I was wondering if anyone on here would have any advice on this topic.

The only issue with using an item that might be of all different shapes is you would learn what runes were on what size pieces. If they are uniform then go for it. You may like this link: http://crystiannia.tumblr.com/post/5960 ... of-the-sea

That sounds like an excellent medium, albeit a bit fragile. I would recommend painting the runes onto the shell with nail polish or acrylic paint, as sharpie tends to wear off. Plus it doesn't feel very witchy :evilwitch:.

Have fun!

I'm curious as to what kind of paint would actually stick to a shell's surface now.
