looking for a spell for person growth and re-connection

as the title says I need a spell for personal growth and re-connection/attraction as I believe this is the true way to gain a relationship back. Not through strait manipulation to love, but to become re-attracted and improving on yourself in way that you remember what you had and both wish to try again, not you wanting to make her take you back,
