In need of a spell to make someone leave

Merry meet! I have an odd predicament/request, so I will post a quick backstory here first so that I might get the best suggestions for the right type of spell to cast.

I volunteer at my local library and am very close to the staff and board members there. The library owns several buildings around their property including a house with a bookshop in the front and a carriage house in the back with an apartment above it. The director of the library knew that I was looking for a new apartment and mentioned that the people that lived in the carriage house were due to be moving in mid July. Perfect! I live twenty minutes away from the center of town and this apartment would be within walking distance to my job. I was so excited.

After inquiring more about when the tenant's move date would be the director of the library seemed distressed and told me that they have been having issues with these people. It is a 50ish year old woman and her two older teen sons and one adult son. I recognized their name the second she said it, this family is notorious for being ULTRA scummy. The woman has not paid her rent in three months, no excuse, nothing. Just hasn't paid. The library received a notice from the electric company stating that the electric has not been paid and is scheduled to be turned off in that unit. The two younger boys are constantly starting fights at my place of employment until they were finally kicked out. The older son is actually banned from my work because we have children on the premises and he is a VIOLENT SEX OFFENDER.

So here is where my need of some magickal encouragement comes in. The library had to get a letter from a lawyer stating that this family's lease is up July 15th and that they are not welcome to renew it. However, if these people decide to be jerks and work the system, they can just plain old stay there until the police have to become involved. Regardless of whether or not they've even paid rent for months. You can't just kick someone out if they don't have another place to live arranged.

I am currently on a month-to-month basis at my apartment and my landlord is starting to already show my place. I am desperate for this apartment by the library, and I love love love the people the director of my library and I hate to see her having to put up with this stress. I've been considering trying to intervene in my own way with a spell, but am at a loss for which type. I considered a type of modified banishing spell. I have no ill will to these people, they are scummy, but that is their problem, not mine. I'm looking for a way to just give them a little nudge out the door and off to a new place of their own. I have prayed to Hestia and left her offerings to aid me in finding a new place. But I keep being drawn to the library house. What can I do to get these people to find a new place and stop taking advantage of the library?
