So I had this dream a while back when I was in high school and it almost was made into one of my art projects (should have been). Enjoy.
So it starts out with me in some really beautiful place where there's lots of light and colors. I'm walking and someones talking to me and then I ask "Where am I?" And they tell me and then I understand. We both walk to a bridge where there's two strange grey beings with red flowy things attached to them(I assume they were fins or some type of clothing), anyways they're swimming in the stream or pond that flows under the bridge. The person talking to me is an alien who also looks like the two beings in the water(all the aliens have two long flowing extremities that look like the light things that angler fish have, they're really tall and thin, lithe, graceful, black glassy eyes, really beautiful). She starts to explain how her peoples energy are balanced unlike Earth's hence why the two aliens are swimming in a circle looking like yin and yang, really reminded me of koi fish. She seemed so kind and I felt so much love radiating from her.
Then she escorted me to the entrance of a spaceship which we all were apparently on. The door slid open and she gestured for me to go outside so I said "But I don't want to leave" and she said with a sad smile "I know". I knew I couldn't stay, as much as I wanted to, I just didn't belong there. I jumped out of the spaceship and fell past so many galaxies, stars, planets; it just all started to blur into a bunch of different colored lights against the night sky and I felt myself spinning around every which way. Then all of a sudden BAM!!! I hit the ground, I can feel the cool grass beneath me and the lights go from dizzying to slowly stopping. Those very lights become carnival lights at a fair and I end up back on Earth just walking around with no one noticing that I fell from the sky, all the people are just having fun at fair while I'm wishing to be back up on that ship.
So that's the end of my odd dream, when I was on the ship I felt like all the questions I ever had could've been answered right then and there but I was in too much awe at the time. I haven't had that dream ever again, it was one of the most serene and peaceful dreams I've ever had.
A pleasant alien dream(weird huh)
Re: A pleasant alien dream(weird huh)
That's really beautiful. I'd love to have that dream. I don't suppose the aliens were blonde-haired, were they?
I'd really be more inclined to believe that it was an out-of-body experience or a visitation of some sort.

No they weren't blonde-haired, why do you ask?(just wondering). Actually they didn't have hair whatsoever they did have a red fin-like thing laying flat on top of their head. I tried to remember their appearance as much as I could a couple of days ago and ended up drawing a picture of the female one I talked to.
