I want to start by saying I used to have dreams about certain things before they would happen but it stopped for a while. Recently I went through a long patch where I had trouble either getting to sleep or staying asleep. I changed some of my night time routines in hopes of it helping. It did I think as I am now sleeping through the night. However, I've had a new experience that leaves me wondering about me. My dreams lately don't seem as much like dreams as they do me actually being in the place that I'm seeing. I go through these events with great detail just like going through a regular day. When I wake up, I feel like I'm having to make more of an effort to do so. On more than one occasion I've found myself hearing my alarm clock but I was a long ways from it and had to "travel" to get to it in order to turn it off and get up to start my day. I guess, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Is this something I should be worried about? I'm feeling lost as I don't really have anyone close to me to talk to about it. Any thoughts? Any help?
All thoughts and advice welcome. Blessed be.
Looking For Thoughts On Recent Experience
Re: Looking For Thoughts On Recent Experience
It feels like ur having a double life right??like in another dimension...it feels like astral but not...thats what i was going through anyway....n at that time my precognitive dreams were so spot on...i dont know if there is a way to stop it but mine just stopped without doin anythin. Somehow i learnt to control it. When it happens n its bad i just wake myself.
What kind of dreams they are??

Re: Looking For Thoughts On Recent Experience
I've had experiences like that when I spend too much time and too much if myself in the astral. I was really wiped out after the night my friend Raymond and ai spent in the asteal as foxes. He died shortly after that, so I think that was his way if us having one last adventure before he commited to the next world. It was such fun dancing in the rooftops with him. I hadn't experienced being a fox before. I looked good. I miss Raymond, but he's free if an ailing body and dialysis machines. And we'll always have the rooftops.

That was lovely frosty and thank you for sharing. The past couple of weeks it seems that I spend my time that I should be sleeping normally wandering off from myself and my house to explore cemeteries. It's not been like regular dreams, well, the ones I had in previous years at least. In these experiences I feel the wind, hear all the sounds around me, the whole nine yards. If I stub my toe in the "dream" that toe hurts the next morning when I wake up. My husband seems to think I need an "anchor" or grounding spell. I admit that it's starting to cause problems cause it's getting hard to get back to where I'm suppose to be when the alarm clock goes off in the mornings. Any suggestions? I'm starting feel a little lost and alone.
