[Oak Keeper]

I was needing clarity of mind so i decided i needed a little help, this worked well for me hope it helps others as well

Mental Strength

Ingredients:
2 Acorns
1Green oak leaf
Sun dried ball of clay (very easy to make, just add water)
Brown candle

Light the candle with an acorn to the right and left of the candle. place the leaf in front of the candle with the ball
of clay on top of the leaf.

Recite the following:
O great element of earth, lend me your strength to fortify my mind
please brother earth remove all negative energy from my mind, body and soul

Pick up the ball of clay and hold it in both hands, fell the negative energy flowing into the clay as you recite:

Allow this small piece of you to absorb my negative energy, sheild my mind with the strength of the mighty oak
allow me to face the challenges before me. so mote it be!

throw the ball of clay at the trunk of an oak tree, make sure it shatters, then extinguish the flame with your fingers.

Strength of mind and clarity,
