Put hand to area in pain and focus on channeling healing energy to the area. Then say:
Stop the hurt.
Stop the pain.
Like the rain
Wash it away.
This is my will
So mote it be.

Re: pain banishing spell
So I wonder how well it would work on say, arthritis pains ?
Curious I am...I don't say anything when I fix headaches.
I just visualize pain gone...

I've used it on everything from stomach aches to my knee issues. I've used it on carpel tunnel before and that worked great. Of course spells work differently for everyone, but it never hurts to try! I also tend to use visualization a lot too, but use this spell when I need to focus ( sometimes the pain makes it hard to do so).
Good luck and blessed be.

Re: pain banishing spell
I usually don't say anything to banish pain with magic... I usually just 'focus' the energy of the pain out of my body with a visualization. I don't like to just send that painful energy anywhere at random, so I tend to choose some kind of object as a 'carrier,' and then later disperse the energy from it so that it isn't all just like... jumping from me to someone else or into a nearby plant or something and hurting it somehow.
This will probably sound strange, but I also have many times focused all of the painful energy into my bladder, and then expelled it when I had to go to the bathroom... I find this works remarkably well for headaches.
But I tend to do a lot of magic "silently" and use a lot more visualization than anyhting else in magic anyway, so that's probably why these methods are so effective for me.

Will have to try this one, since I pretty much hurt everywhere...
Ok...started with one knuckle ...focused the chant there...and ...hummmmmm I think 50% better already. Will definitely try with my next headache,
