Constellations

[Artemis]

This is my dream from yesterday. I fell asleep late, around 6 am, and woke up an hour or so before noon with the dream still fresh in my mind. It isn't so much there now, but this is what I recall. During a small party, I think it was my birthday party to be exact, I was sitting, chatting, with some people I don't recognize. Now my birthday isn't until next week and all that's planned for that day is a bbq among family and close friends.

Anyways, at one point when the conversation fell into an easy silence I leaned back in my chair and stared up at the night sky. I gazed at the stars at first playing and trying to find some constellations and if I would recognize which they were. As I continue a few stars start glowing brighter. They start connecting. Then more continue to connect and grow brighter until I'm looking at a rough shape of a wolf. Next thing I know the shape fills in with a solid white color before manifesting into an actual wolf. A grey wolf.

All I remember afterwards is it coming down from the sky, its face suddenly up close, and its intense eyes never straying from my own. I'm not entirely sure, though the feeling is there, that I might've seen the constellation of Scorpius as well. Before I saw the wolf one.
