Birthday Ritual?

This is probably a silly question, but I was wondering if any sort of birthday ritual or ceremony existed. If so, what would it consist of? I've been curious for a while, and even more now that my birthday is in 17 days (eek!).

I just had my birthday, and all I usually do is make a few spell candles and let them burn while I celebrate. These are things that I would wish for during the next year. I have to bring my Book of Shadows to work with me (Thats where I am at right now), so I can post up the wish candle spell for you.

That would be lovely! I hate wishing on birthday candles when people are around me, it kind of loses sentimental value. :)
