Need a House Protection+Prosperity Spell

Hi there :3. I'm new here, so, forgive me if I mess anything up somehow...

I'm just in need of some tips for how to make a spell... A close friend of mine has asked for help with the protection of her home, and to encourage positivity in said home.

She worries constantly about the fact that, in the front living room/dining room portion of the house, the front and back doors are directly opposite to each other. She fears that this lets positive energies and the like pass straight through their home and right back out, that this is part of the cause for tensions and bad luck that she has had since moving into this house several years ago.

I'm trying to come up with a spell, preferably using an object that she can keep in her home between the two doors, or on the wall(s) near the doors, that can help protect her home and her family, and that can help bring positivity into the home and keep it there.

Any tips anyone can provide would be wonderful , any particular items/etc to use or anything at all. I would like to make my own spell if I can, but if you have an entire spell that you'd like to share for this or problems like it I would appreciate that just as well :3. Thank you so much ^^!

I believe a very basic method of removing negativity from your home is to slice a lemon in half and place it face down into a dish of salt (preferably rock salt). The negative energies are drawn into the salt and then this can be thrown away afterwards. Another thing you could try is blessing some water and sprinkling round the entrances of your home.
You could also try writing happy personal memories down and then pinning these to the doors in your home so every time you pass from one room to another, you are reminded of something or some time that made you happy.

RaeRae your friend can use sage smoke to cleanse the house.

I personally suggest cleansing the whole house with holy water (3 pinches salt in a cup of water), then cleansing it with sage, and then doing the prosperity spell.

Cleansing the house with salt water:
You will need:
A branch from near the front door of the home
Salt (preferably sea salt)
A bowl or dish of water

Using the branch and starting from the northern most room in the house, sprinkle the salt water with the branch, moving counter-clockwise.
When you reach the same point where you started, draw a pentacle on the wall with the branch. Do this in all of the rooms, and then on the living room floor (if its carpet, don't drench it!), then the front door and the back door.
Pour the water in the toilet and flush and place the branch near the front door.

Blessing the house
Using a white sage wand, starting in the eastern-most room, light the wand and fan the smoke all over the room, making sure to get the corners and to draw a pentacle with the smoke in the center of the room. Continue this is all the rooms, moving clockwise, to bring blessings. When you are done, put out the sage wand.

Making the prosperity charm:
You will need:
1 lodestone or magnet (would be best of you got it from the house)
1 coin of highest value (in america, if you can get your hands on a dollar coin, that would be excellent. If not, a fifty-cent piece or a quarter.
Allspice
White Sage leaves
Mint
Patchouli leaves
basil
cinnamon
chamomile
pine needles or sap
oats from oatmeal
A green or gold ribbon
green or gold fabric or charm bag
A stone that corresponds to money and prosperity ( I use either raw emerald or aventurine.)

All that you need to do with this spell is add the herbs one at a time into the bag while seeing the family getting more money, until you feel that there is enough herbs inside, tie off, charge and hang above the door.
