Need a spell for empathy ???

I'm not sure if this is the right kind of spell but I need a spell for my boss or me. I'm trying not to get in trouble tomorrow or for her not to be mean like shd always is because I called in sick today because chemo
Made me really sick.

Any ideas. Or maybe a shielding spell so her mean words don't hurt me?

Maybe a binding spell to bind her from causing me harm.

If she is angry with you and starts having a go at you for booking a day of sick then join a union and talk to them. An employer has no right legally to reprimand you on the fact you took sick leave for a valid reason. They have no right to demand proof of illness either for a period usually shorter than three days.

As for not letting her words hurt you, that's all in your mind, you dont need a spell for that (and i dont know one )

Thanks shadowx. I work for an employment attorney so she won't do anything illegal but I just want some help or strength in dealing with her tomorrow.

You could try making her a small gift of lavender spray or sweet orange. Tell her it is just a little thank you for being understanding. Lavender will calm her and orange will make her disposition more sunny and open.

That is a really good idea Summerland, sounds rather cool. Not that I made this topic, but it sounds like something I may want to do. Do you know of something else I could put in it for other effects? Thanks.
