Topaz and weight loss spell I came up with and need help!

I have a new spell in my mind, of course it won't make you lose pounds while you eating pizzas! its just supportive spell for the weight loss!

I'm thinking first to charge a topaz crystal with the purpose to assist in weight loss, but I need an incantation for that, so whoever feels creative I would like a spell for that!

after charging it, leave it for three days in a glass with water (cover the top of the glass of course) the fourth day, drink the water (after removing the crystal from inside)

that should be enough! whenever you feel like slipping and wanting to eat, you do the ritual again....

what do you think?

I will keep it in mind, i think its easy to find weight loss spells online and adapt the words to your needs.
May i ask why topaz?

"I motivate myself as I drink this water by the help of Topaz. Please above help me too, I am motivated so true. I am anew. I exercise everyday. I will not lay, I pray to exercise and lose the weight I say,(say the weight you want to lose)
