God's above me hear my plea
Send the storms now to me
by the power of 3x3 send the storms to me.

it is fairly effective if there are storms nearby they will quite often shift and pass over our area.

Thank you, now here's one I wrote; I modified a spell from a movie.

I call on the dreams of creature and mortal
to open a passage through the great divide
and send these storms through to the other side.

The first one is good but... the second one? its kind of... how are the gods or goddesses meant to know what you want done? Send the storms to the other side? That could mean either Elysian (not sure what you call it in your belief, but you know what I mean, the afterlife) or it could mean another town etc my point is I would make it longer and be more accurate on what it is your asking.

Anyway, I like that other people are working with weather too. That makes me feel a little less odd.

When I was driving to Colorado, I summoned a storm (I had a 17-hour drive to deal with, so I had lots of time). While I was there, I summoned another one, this time with hail. My friend's dad complained that it hardly ever even rains, and that the storms weren't on the forecast.

Usually, while I'm at home, my abilities are muted, but I did summon a storm out of rage one time, but I freaked out when I started to hear flood warnings and broke it.

Fun stuff, and the spirits love to dance when I call to them. You can feel it in the air, the gratitude and elation...

OK I TIRED THIS SPELL OVER THE WEEKEND AND IT WORKED WONDERS....IT TOOK AN HOUR FOR IT TO STORM. I EVEN WAITED TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NO STORMS IN MY AREA....IT WORKED

This spell works all the time for me cos i live in australia and it's always sunny but i do it just in case:
SUNNY DAY SPELL
you will need a mirror and a torch
reflect the torchlight into the sky then chant x9:
Wind chase the clouds away,
Bring about a sunny day.
mirror high and torch below,
bring out the sun's fiery glow.
with the help of the fey*,
I bring about a sunny day!

then leave out a bowl of milk for the wildlife (it sometimes makes my parents think i drink milk every morning when i dont)

you know you can change the weather in 5 minutes if you concerntrate REALLY hard. i've stopped rain before.
