there is something called ether covening that you should try. Its when your coven (or group of people who are helping you) cast the same spell at the same time. I read about this in my 2010 Magickal Almanac. I never tried it, but it sounds like what you will be trying. Best of luck! I'm not too good with ether covening, but I am great at casting spells for others. Ill be sure to do a great healing spell for her when the day is right.
