Spell to Help Ease Tension

Postby reikihealer83 » Tue Mar 30, 2010 9:25 pm

Hi All,

Here is a spell that can be used to ease tension in your environment such as at work or home.

Energy dark and tight
I bind you now with purest light
Release for ceiling, walls and floors
This spell is cast to end the grip of night
Lord and lady release the pain into the light.

I hope this helps and feel free to change if you need to.

(Sorry about the late response I just found this)

Are there any requirements, such as candles, incense, pentacles, ect., for this spell to work? How many times are we supposed to say it? Are there any specifications?

Oh, and btw, I love the spell :)

Hi there,

No worries about the timing. There is nothing special you need for this one. Most of my spells do not require anything but the intention to be there. I would say the spell 3 times to start and see if that helps.

I like your spells. Quick, easy and to the point. Not needing any fancy materials and such. I was thinking about making a BOS for the wandering witch (homeless pagans). I think that that would be an excellent idea for your spells. There are many homeless Wiccans and Pagans out here in Hollywood and they can never cast a spell, they always complain about the need for candles and oils and herbs. (I was homeless for 2 years. But I always collected herbs, no matter where I went.) Keep up the excellent work!

Ravencry,

Thank you for your kind words. My feeling is that if the intention of the spell is there when one casts it then the spell will work. I like your idea of a book but letting many people know how to use spells without some foreknowledge can be dangerous. Again though, thank you so much for your kind words. It means a ton. I have to thank you for your herbal posts they are amazing!

Thank you!! I am going to be starting my BOS tomorrow, and that will DEFINITELY be added in.
