Breaking a curse on someone you dont like

Have you ever known something was happening to someone you don't like and you just stood by and let it happen? or did you help them. Is it WRONG not to do anything. will it hurt your Karma ? I want to see what you have to say. Is it wrong or OK ?

If I know that someone I don't like deserves it, then I would let it happen, but you know what? if you let something bad happen even to those that you hate, then you are like them.

Just because you don't like someone doesn't mean you should let something bad happen to them.

Now I do have ppl in my life I would love to see in pain but let's say theirs this guy named Earthwolf and he's been bullying me since grammar school and were in our 20"s and he married the girls of my dreams, lives next door in the house I've always wanted etc... And while I'm going to work at my office and Earthwolf is my manager and were heading towards our cars at the same time and a pack of vicious dogs come out and begin attacking him and noone can hear his screams it would give my heart alot of joy to leave him their to be chewed up but I would call the police, and ambulance grab my rifle and scare away the vicious animals because it's the right thing to do from my perspective, I could just go to work and let someone else help him because I never saw or heard anything but I don't think I could. It really all depends on your choice to help another living being or turn the other cheek, it depends on YOUR MORALS not whether it's right or wrong. Who determines what's right or wrong anyways? Society? The law? It all comes down to the person making the decision.
