One of the things that really help me, is to vent. To write/type down anything that is bugging me, print it out, and burn it. Making all the crappy stuff gp away.
And, sorry, idk if someone already posted this advice, i only skimmed.

Blessed Be,

I tried it when you told me to and it didn't work. I just feel hopeless.

Hopelessness. That is something i never inclde in my methods, sorry about that.
When this kind of stuff happens to me, i get angry, and so...
Hopelessness, hmm. what to do.
what to do?...
well, i think you should pick up a hobby.
Anything in particular that you are good at? that will have your complete focus, that wont let your mind wonder off and start thinking?

Hopelessness, loneliness and acceptance, I believe, all go hand in hand.

"Grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace."

...Try altering your perception. Instead of feeling hopeless, try accepting it as "what is." Then try understanding it as "why it is."
--I'm not talking "why" as in 'I did something bad yesterday', I mean a more karmic "why." The first step to healing your life-path and making the changes to create a future that you want to have, is accepting where and who you are right now.

Loneliness. If you don't feel you have a place to belong or someone to lean on, try calling on a God or Goddess in a chant. Here's a great one to call Thor to your side. I find it personally empowering.

Thor Protection Chant
"Wielder of the hammer,
red-bearded one,
Thor, protector,
to you I call.
I stand in the midst of a storm
and ask your protection."

...But really, accept the things you cannot change; have the courage to change the things you can; and find the wisdom to know the difference. That alone will take you a long way. :28:

Bright Blessings to you.

Thank you Moonstone I will try the chant. Ginger Faith I don't have any hobbys. I do think I will get lost in a book for right now though.

I've been away for awhile, but you have stayed on my mind. I've had to have a few surgeries, but I am much better now. I hope things are better for you.

I happened to think, do you have a deity that is key in your life? If so, maybe meditate with that figure in mind, if not, maybe meditate, asking for a God, Goddess, Spirit Helper, Guardian Angel, or what ever you choose, to come to you, to help you. Maybe even the spirit of your Mom? Or ask her to send some help your way.
