Potato Candy

This is so easy and so good, I had to share.................


4 tbls. Mashed Potato's
2 tbls. Butter
2 tsp. Milk
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Cup Peanut Butter

Mix together taters, milk, and butter. Add powered sugar Till stiff
Roll out on wax paper, spread on a layer of peant butter. Then roll up.
Chill about 2 hrs and slice in 1/2 inch pieces.

I have made it 1/2 and 1/2 ...boil down one or two Real taters, and use instant for the rest. I usualy use this the night we have Mashed taters for dinner. Mom said instant works just as good, but I like the firmness you get with real. And any brand will work. lol ( home grown is the best tho...lol)
