Caraway Cookies- Lust Inducing

This is a great receipe for couples. My husband made these cookies for us last midsummer.

Caraway Cookies:
* ½ cup butter or shortening
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 egg
* 2 cups flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ¾ cup milk
* 1-½ tablespoons caraway seeds

1. Cream the butter or shortening with the sugar; add beaten egg.
2. Mix and sift the flour, baking powder, and salt, and add alternately with the milk to the first mixture.
3. Add caraway seeds.
4. Toss on lightly floured board.
5. Roll out about one-half inch thick and cut in fancy shapes.
6. Place on greased baking sheet and bake in moderate oven (380-390 degrees F.) Twelve to fifteen minutes.

These taste great with a dessert wine like, Hogue Late Harvest White Riesling.

Caraway Seeds- Placed in sachets to attract a mate and when baked in cookies, bread, or cakes they are lust-inducing.

Oh, and you can find caraway seeds in the herb & spice section of just about any grocery store (even Walmart), Whole Foods, Natural Grocers or Sunflower Market
