hi guys everyones altars look amazing am starting my altar now, just wondering if its worth buying anything from the internet, i know alot of it is expensive i was just wondering what other people did for there first altar,

i bougt my little shelf furniture from IKEA, they got lots of stuff there and good prices, i need a place for my witch stuff and an altar so i got 2 birds with one stone

i don't have an altar yet. my family doesn't know that i switched religions yet. they would flip out. but its my choice not theirs and it felt right switching. my family is Mormon. and they have been that way for a long time. but it's not for me. all my stuff is in a box under my bed so they wont find it. once i find a place they cant go i will set one up and post a pic.

Thought i'd show u my altar i made it up for my ancestral rite i did the other day...





It was a fantastic ritual and i am yet to interpret the symbol i was given in the scrying bowl after the ritual... i love my scrying bowl hehehe

unfortunately i cant hide mine in my closet cause our house doesnt have enough bedrooms so i have to share a room with my grandmother lol

And you can clense them, and consecrate them, then charge them for better use!

I used to do that all the time with my dad when we went fishing(:
